This policy covers the Insured's employees and laborers against accidental bodily injury, disability or death whilst on duty and/or engaged in the execution of any works/project undertaken by the insured.  

*The insurance cover is in accordance with the provisions of the current Kuwait Labor Law.  

For those who are not applicable to be covered under the Kuwaiti Labor Law, this policy provide cover for    
• Accidental Death  
• Permanent total and partial disability  
• Temporary total and partial disability  
Moreover, the policy can further be extended to cover the following additional benefits:
• Repatriation expenses of mortal remains
